Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new bikini! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:

Time frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) still intact.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible, to ensure they are protected during the return process.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Bikinis that have been worn or washed.
- Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed.
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@kisseakinis.com to request a free return shipping label. Please include "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line.
- Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Exchange:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@kisseakinis.com to request a free exchange shipping label. Please include "EXCHANGE" and your order number in the subject line, and let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange in the body of the email.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we’ll ship out the new bikini(s) to you.
